Terms of purchase

When you place an order on Pirateshop.eu, you enter into an agreement with Piratprylar AB (556904-1477). Unless otherwise agreed in writing with us, the terms below apply.

In addition to the conditions below, you are also protected by the Distance Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchase Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Delivery

Domestically, we mainly deliver with PostNord Warabrev and DHL Service Point.
For campaign material, the Piratpartiet pays the shipping, for other goods the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

During the election campaign, your order is usually shipped within 1-2 days. At other times, delivery can take up to two months, but please contact us if you have an urgent order!

Some products are printed to order, estimated delivery time is stated on the respective product page.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you have received the delivery. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured especially for you, e.g. goods with name printing.

In case of canceled purchase, you as the customer pay the return shipping, we will refund the full amount you paid for the item. If you want to change to another size, you pay return shipping, we offer the new shipping within Sweden.

You have the right to open, examine and try the product. If the returned item is not in substantially unchanged condition, a deduction for the item's decrease in value may be made when refunding.

Right of complaint

Is there something wrong with an item we delivered? Or is it the wrong item? No worries, we'll fix it!

You have the right to complain about original faults up to three years after the time of purchase, but we appreciate it if you contact us as soon as possible.

Personal data management

Piratprylar AB handles the personal data you provide yourself to administer your order. Parts of your order can be delivered by external suppliers, they will then receive your address and a list of the goods to be sent from them. In addition, your personal data will be provided to the bank/payment intermediary, as well as the shipping company that transports your delivery.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to request a register extract of the information we process about you free of charge. Such a request is sent in writing to Piratprylar AB, Styrbjörnsvägen 3, 126 55 Hägersten - alternatively sent to [email protected] from the e-mail address found in our records.

Dispute resolution – if we do not agree

We do our best to resolve any issues directly with you, so always start by contacting us! 🙂

If we do not agree, you can turn to General Complaints Board (ARN), which, free of charge, handles the dispute through a simplified version of the court process. ARN's decision is not binding, but we normally respect their judgement.

If you live in an EU country other than Sweden, the easiest way to register ARN is via the European Parliament's service Online Dispute Resolution.

As a last resort, you can have the dispute settled by a Swedish court.
